Well I must say Browns fans, this season so far has definitely been a pleasant surprise and a joy to watch! As a die hard Browns fan and a fellow bleeder of Brown and Orange it was nice to see Cleveland go into Cincy on a national televised game and a meaningful one at that and light up the Bengals to the tune of 24-3 and take FULL control of first place for the first time since the new Browns era! The last time that the Browns were 6-3 in early November was in 1995 and the #1 hit song was Mariah Carey, 'Fantasy'. It kind of seems like it is a fantasy with the Browns this season but it gets more real each week. And like they say at McDonalds, "I'm Lovin it"!!
It was a small crowd Thursday night at the North Ga Browns Backers at Beefs but we still made some noise as we watched our defense dominate Andy Dalton. Dalton ended up with a passer rating of 2.0, the worst passer rating for a single game of all time. It couldn't happen to a nicer guy!
At 6-3 the Browns mean business and are turning heads around the NFL! We are 11th in the power ranks and have a chance to go 7-3 at home against the Texans who have a Rookie QB Ryan Mallett who is starting his first game, I believe. Look for the Texans to run the ball a lot and rely on JJ Watt and their stout defense. Wayne and I look forward to seeing you all at Beefs on Sunday to cheer on our 1st place Browns while we go 7-3 and pull away in the AFC North and make a playoff run!!!

Everyone knows that there are dawgs fans in north Georgia, but what they don’t know is that many of those dawgs fans are Cleveland Browns dawgs fans!!
That is the very reason that we started the North Georgia Browns Backers, which is a chapter of the Browns Backers Worldwide organization. We wanted to have a place for North Georgia Browns fans to gather together to watch our beloved Browns each week.
Browns Backers Worldwide is possibly the largest organized fan club in professional sports and is directly affiliated with the Cleveland Browns organization. There are over 360 chapters in 10 different countries with over 115,000 members.
